Introduction to Rivet Nuts
Developed to address the drawbacks of metal thin plate and thin tube welding nuts, such as easy melting and easy thread stripping, it does not require threading the inside or welding nuts, offers high bonding efficiency, and is easy to use.
Plain head, small head, hex stainless steel rivet nuts with through holes, plain head, small head, hex stainless steel rivet nuts with blind holes.
If a product's nut needs to be mounted externally, and the internal space is too narrow to allow the riveting machine's riveting head to enter for riveting or if methods like extrusion cannot meet the strength requirements, then both riveting and expanding riveting are not feasible. Pull riveting is necessary. Rivet nuts are suitable for securing various thicknesses of sheet materials and pipes (0.5MM-6MM). They can be riveted in one go using an air or manual riveting gun, providing convenience and a secure fit; they replace traditional welding nuts, addressing the shortcomings of metal thin plate and thin pipe welding, such as easy melting and awkward welding nuts.
