Equipment Introduction:
The CTX Centrifugal Extraction Separator is used for the extraction and separation of two liquid phases with a density difference. It accelerates the stratification with the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation to achieve enhanced separation. Its working principle includes the mixing mass transfer process and the two-phase separation process, both of which are completed within the same machine.
The heavier and lighter phase solutions are introduced separately into the annular mixing zone formed between the drum and the shell via two feeding pipes at a specific ratio. With the rotation of the drum, the two phases are quickly mixed and dispersed through the turbine disk and impeller, ensuring ample mass transfer between the phases. The mass transfer and mixing process is completed.
2. Under the action of the vortex disk, the mixed liquid enters the drum, quickly synchronizing with the drum rotation within the compartments formed by the baffles. Due to centrifugal force, the heavier phase liquid, with a higher density, gradually moves away from the drum center and towards the drum wall as it flows upwards. Conversely, the lighter phase liquid, with a lower density, moves away from the drum wall and towards the center. After clarification, the two phases of liquid are separately channeled through their respective weir plates into the collection chamber and then drawn out of the machine via conduits, completing the separation process.

2、 Higher processing capacity, more energy-efficient(At the same processing capacity, its power consumption is 1/10 to 1/3 of the traditional annular gap centrifugal extraction machine.)
3、 A variety of mixed structures are available for selection, offering high separation efficiency and suitable for systems prone to emulsification.

5、 Hydrometallurgy: Extraction and separation of copper, vanadium, nickel, cobalt, zinc, rubidium, and rare earth elements; salt lake boron and lithium extraction.
6、 Environmental Protection Industry: Phenol-containing wastewater treatment, waste acid processing, dyeing and printing wastewater treatment(H-acid, T-acid, etc.), DMF wastewater treatment, naphthalene sulfonic acid wastewater treatment, etc.;
7、 Oil-Water Separation: Separation of some organic solvents from water.
