1. Typically, the amount of motor oil used during an oil change varies with the vehicle, usually around 3-6 liters. Traditional oil packaging comes in 1-liter and 4-liter sizes, but with the current specifications, you either end up short or with leftovers. How to avoid waste? A centralized oil filling system can do just that! Plus, since the centralized system uses bulk oil drums, it also offers the benefit of cost reduction and enhanced environmental friendliness!
2. Automotive oil is centrally stored in a fuel depot and transported through pressure-resistant pipelines to multiple refueling points (fueling stations), where it is connected to form a comprehensive fuel supply system. This facilitates rapid oil changes and centralized lubricant refueling, greatly convenience users, saves space, enhances efficiency, and maintains a clean environment.
3. Utilizing a 5:1 pressure ratio pneumatic oil transfer pump, lubricant is conveyed through seamless steel pipes to the work shop, with multiple refueling stations. At each station, a flexible reel is installed (equipped with a 10-20m flexible hose connected to the reel, which can be adjusted as needed for convenience) and a drip-proof refueling nozzle.
4. Suitable for precise dispensing of oils such as engine oil, transmission fluid, rear-axle oil, fuel, coolant, power oil, hydraulic oil, etc., under non-vacuum conditions.
