Product Description:
Portable pneumatic grease dispensing kit with digital dosage, fits 10-30 kg grease drums and allows for bulk oil pouring.
The grease gun is equipped with a powerful 50:1 pump, 4-meter high-pressure oil hose, and a rotatable high-pressure grease applicator. Driven by an air source and controlled by pneumatic components, it features stable performance, quick lubrication, and a wide range of applications.
Typical Applications:
Bearings production line, sealed bearings are lubricated before the pressure cover.

Volumetric Filling Method: Filled with a volumetric cylinder, operation is simple. Adjustable volumetric cylinder available.
Instructions for Use:
Prepare compressed air ranging from 4 to 8 psi.
2) Connect the oil injection nozzle of the oil pump using a high-pressure hose. Ensure thorough cleaning of all connection parts during assembly. Tighten the nut with a wrench to prevent oil leakage.
3) Loosen the lock on the clamp lid, lift the handle slightly tilted to remove the pump from the drum.
4) Clean and wipe the oil storage drum, fill it with oil, level and compact it. Insert the oil surface plate and the suction port of the oil injection pump vertically into the drum, near the bottom is preferable; drums of 12-20 kg can be used directly inside the drum.
5) Connect the gas source to the quick connector at the air inlet.
6) Connect the gas source, insert the quick connector into the equipment's intake port. The equipment will perform reciprocating motion at this point; it is normal for the exhaust port to expel gas during the reciprocating process.
7) Adjust the volumetric lubrication valve's dosing value.
After manually securing the oil filling port, an oil-filling signal is provided. The equipment automatically stops after refueling the predetermined amount.
