Water curtain fan ventilation cooling system
Operation Principle: By using negative pressure suction, it facilitates the exchange of indoor and outdoor air, completely expelling heat, odors, and dust from the factory to the outside. After the original indoor air is discharged, due to the negative pressure, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the factory building drives outside air through a "wet curtain" (a natural physical process of 'water evaporation absorbing heat'). This creates a cycle of pure water evaporation absorbing heat and cooling, as well as lowering the intake air temperature. This significantly reduces the indoor temperature, providing a cooler feeling compared to the outside, creating a well-ventilated, fresh, and comfortable working environment for you.


The physics principle applied in water curtain cooling:
Water evaporation absorbs heat, a natural physical phenomenon, just as on a hot summer day, stepping out of the river, even a gentle breeze can make you feel refreshed! The cooling water curtain also utilizes this principle, and we have learned that the efficiency of water evaporation and heat absorption is directly proportional to the following factors:
Surface area of water in contact with air
2. Airflow velocity
3. The temperature of the water itself
The integrated application of a wet pad cooling system with a negative pressure fan is not only based on the thermodynamic principle of air cooling through the heat absorption by water evaporation, but also fully demonstrates the three essential elements of the heat absorption by water evaporation principle:
Under the action of water pumps and gravity, water flows from top to bottom, forming a wavy water film with a total area over 10 times that of the wet curtain's appearance on the fibrous surface, thus providing a broad contact area between the water film and the air.
2. Due to the "pressure difference" caused by the exhaust fans, outdoor air flows through the cooling water curtain at a speed of nearly ten meters per second, colliding with the water film to quickly absorb the heat from the air through a large surface area water film.
3. Water absorbs heat and increases in temperature, leading to more intense evaporation and a greater amount of heat being carried away, and this cycle repeats. (Note: However, the water's temperature itself should not be too high, otherwise the heat absorption will not be as pronounced.)

1. The cooling water curtain is made of high-fiber special paper honeycomb structural material, produced with the latest polymer material and space crosslinking technology. The wave height is either 5mm or 7mm, featuring 45×45 degrees crisscrossed waves.
2. Wet curtain sheets are bonded with a unique formula, featuring high water absorbency (naturally absorbs water, with a single drop spreading completely within 4-5 seconds, meeting international industry standards), high water resistance, agent-free surface, mold resistance, effectively inhibits algae growth, and boasts a long service life.
