Water curtain fan ventilation cooling system
Principle of Operation: Through vacuum extraction, it facilitates the exchange of indoor and outdoor air, completely expelling factory heat, odors, and dust outside. After the original air inside the factory is exhausted, due to the vacuum effect, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the workshop causes external air to flow through a "wet curtain" (this is a natural physical process of 'water evaporation absorbing heat'). This creates a cyclic process of pure water evaporation absorbing heat for cooling and lowering the intake air temperature. It significantly reduces the indoor temperature, providing a cooler sensation than the outside, creating a well-ventilated, fresh-air, and comfortable working environment for you.


The physics principle applied in the water curtain cooling system:
Water evaporation absorbs heat, a natural physical phenomenon, just as on a hot summer day, stepping out of the river, even a gentle breeze can make you feel cool! The cooling effect of a water curtain is also based on this principle, and we have learned that the efficiency of heat absorption through water evaporation is directly proportional to the following factors:
Surface area of water in contact with air
2. Airflow velocity
3. The temperature of the water itself
The integrated application of a wet curtain cooling system and a negative pressure fan goes beyond the thermodynamic principle of air cooling through the heat absorption by water evaporation; it also fully demonstrates the three key elements of the heat absorption by water evaporation principle:
Under the action of the pump and gravity, water flows from top to bottom, forming a pleated water film on the wavy fiber surface of the wet curtain, with a total area over 10 times greater than the appearance area of the water curtain. Therefore, the contact area between the water film and the air is vast.
Due to the "pressure difference" caused by the exhaust fan, the outdoor air flows through the cooling water curtain at a speed of nearly ten meters per second, colliding with the water film on the curtain to quickly absorb the heat in the air through a large water surface area.
3. Water absorbs heat,升温, which accelerates evaporation, increasing the amount of heat carried away. This cycle repeats. (Note: However, the water temperature itself should not be too high, otherwise the heat absorption will not be significant.)
