Zhi Jiang Pump Industry Deep Well Submersible Pump Overview:
Submersible deep well pumps are water-lifting devices that integrate electric motors and pumps. They are a type of pump designed for extracting and transporting water from groundwater wells and are widely used in agricultural irrigation and drainage, industrial and mining enterprises, urban water supply and drainage, and wastewater treatment. Due to the simultaneous immersion of the motor and pump body in water, the structural requirements for the motor are more special than those for general motors.
Prior to starting the submersible deep well pump, clean fresh water must be injected into the motor and sealed properly. The pump must be filled with the liquid to be lifted. Once the submersible deep well pump is started, the impeller rotates at high speed, and the liquid rotates with the blades. Under the force of centrifugal force, the liquid is ejected from the impeller. As it is ejected, the liquid slows down in the diffuser chamber of the pump housing and the pressure increases. It is then discharged through the outlet pipe. At this point, a vacuum low-pressure area is formed at the center of the blades due to the liquid being thrown outward, containing neither air nor liquid. Under the atmospheric pressure at the surface of the liquid pool, the liquid is drawn into the pump through the suction port. This process continues, with liquid being continuously pumped from the pool and discharged through the outlet pipe.
