Green mesh is woven into honeycomb or twisted shapes using specialized machinery from corrosion-resistant and ductile steel wire. Based on engineering design requirements, these mesh sheets are then assembled into box-like structures filled with materials such as block stones, creating an integrated structure suitable for projects like roadbed protection and embankment defenses. Typically, the ecological mesh technology not only protects embankment and riverbank slopes, allowing soil and water to naturally exchange, enhancing the water's self-purification capabilities, but also contributes to greening vegetation and beautifying landscapes, thereby achieving a harmonious integration of ecological environment and civil engineering.

Fiber Diameter:
1) The wire mesh range is 2mm-4mm
2) The edge wire is generally thicker than the mesh wire, with a thickness of 0.5mm-1mm.
3) Binding wire is generally smaller than netting wire, with 2.2mm being the most common size.

4) PVC Coated. The coated thickness usually includes 1.0mm, for instance, after coating 2.7mm becomes 3.7mm. Strong corrosion resistance.

1) Integrity: The unit boxes and separators, as well as the connections between boxes, are all bound and connected with homogeneous materials, assembled in a large, continuous area without seams, ensuring a stable overall structure.
2) Flexibility: Test data shows that the ecological mesh structure (after being filled with block stones) can withstand considerable deformation when subjected to its ultimate compressive strength, with a compressive strength of up to 300~400t/? and a tensile strength exceeding 495N/? Therefore, when the foundation experiences uneven settlement or encounters sudden disasters such as earthquakes, the structure can undergo adaptive micro-adjustments to achieve a new equilibrium, ensuring the overall structure remains undamaged.
3) Permeability: There are gaps between the filled blocks within the ecological mesh. Once surface water infiltrates the soil behind the wall, it can be quickly drained through the mesh box, thereby reducing the groundwater pressure behind the wall.
4) Wind and wave resistance, erosion prevention: The erosion coefficient of the ecological mesh structure is twice that of the general stone protection project, and its open structure can disrupt the vacuum caused by wave pressure, preventing the formation of a vacuum suction force during the receding wave.
