Green mesh is woven into honeycomb or twisted shapes using specialized machinery from high-corrosion and high-tensile steel wires. Based on engineering design requirements, these mesh sheets are assembled into box-like structures filled with materials like blocks of stone, forming an integrated structure suitable for projects like roadbed protection and embankment defenses. Generally, ecological mesh technology not only protects embankment slopes and riverbank slopes, allowing soil and water to naturally exchange, enhancing the self-purification capacity of the water bodies, but also serves to green vegetation and beautify landscapes, thereby achieving a harmonious integration of ecological environment and civil engineering.

Fiber Diameter:
1) The wire diameter range is 2mm-4mm
2) Edge wires are generally thicker than mesh wires, ranging from 0.5mm to 1mm in diameter.
3) Bind wire is generally smaller than mesh wire, with 2.2mm being the most common size.
Hole Diameter: 60*80mm, 80*100mm, 80*120mm, 100*120mm, 120*150mm; the length of the double-stranded twist must not be less than 50mm to ensure that the metallic coating and PVC coating of the wire in the twist section remain undamaged.

Surface Treatment
1) Electroplated galvanized. Zinc coating: 10g/m². Poor corrosion resistance.

3) Galfan (Zn-Aluminum Alloy). This is divided into two types of materials: Zinc-5% Aluminum-Mixed Rare Earth Alloy Wire, Zinc-10% Aluminum Mixed Rare Earth Alloy Wire. Corrosion resistance

Green Mesh Structure Features:
1) Overall integrity: Units are bound and connected with homogeneous materials between box cages and partitions, assembled continuously over a large area without seams, ensuring a stable overall structure.
2) Flexibility: Test data shows that the ecological mesh structure (after being filled with boulders) can withstand considerable deformation when it reaches its ultimate compressive strength, with a compressive strength of up to 300~400t/? and tensile strength exceeding 495N/? . Therefore, in cases of uneven settlement of the foundation or sudden disasters such as earthquakes, the structure itself can undergo adaptive micro-adjustments to achieve a new balance, and the overall structure will not be damaged.
3) Permeability: There are gaps between the filled blocks within the ecological mesh, so once surface water seeps into the soil behind the wall, it can be quickly drained through the mesh box, thereby reducing the groundwater pressure behind the wall.
4) Wind and wave resistance, erosion prevention: The anti-erosion coefficient of the ecological mesh structure is twice that of the general stone pitching protection project, and its void structure can disrupt the vacuum caused by wave pressure, preventing the formation of vacuum suction during the receding wave.
