Terms of Use
Operating Temperature:
Thermal resistance: two types available, up to 200℃ and 260℃. General use: two types available, up to 70℃ and 105℃.
2. Lowest environmental temperature:
Fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed cables: Fixed installation - 60°C, non-fixed installation - 20°C. Polyvinyl Chloride insulated and sheathed cables: Fixed installation - 40°C, non-fixed installation - 15°C.
3. Allowable Bend Radius:
a) Compensation cables with copper tape shielding should not be less than 16 times the cable's outer diameter; b) Compensation cables with other structures should not be less than 10 times the cable's outer diameter.

Note:
1. Other model compensation wires such as KC, JX, SC, EX, NC, TX, etc., only need to modify the * item of the model, such as EX-G-VV, TX-H-FVP, etc.
2. When the conductor requires multiple soft cores, append "R" after the original model number, e.g., TX-G-VVPR.
3. We also offer insulation-compensating cables with polyethylene (Y) insulation or cross-linked polyethylene (YJ) insulation as required.
4. The shielding layer of the compensating cable can also be wrapped with metal tape, such as: composite aluminum tape (P3), composite copper tape (P2).
5. Flame-retardant compensating cables are required, and "ZR-" should be added before the original model number.
6. Required armored compensating cables should be marked with “-22” after the original model number to indicate steel tape armor; “-32” for steel wire armor.
