Thermocouple Compensating Wire ZR-KX-H-YV Flame Retardant K-Type Shielded Extension Cable;
This product is suitable for various high-temperature environments. The high-temperature compensating cables with shielding offer excellent shielding and anti-interference properties. The same pair or multiple pairs of insulated wires or cables are used to connect thermocouples with measuring devices to compensate for the temperature variations at the connection points with the thermocouple. The compensating wires and cables are divided into two types: extended and compensating.
High-temperature compensation wire application conditions:
1) Operating Temperature: Heat-resistant: 300°C, 260°C, 200°C, 450°C, 105°C
2) Low environmental temperature: Fluoroplastic, silicone rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene insulated and sheathed cables - Fixed installation: -60°C, Non-fixed installation: -20°C.
3) Allowable bend radius: Compensation cables with copper foil shielding should not be less than 16 times the cable's outer diameter; for cables with other structures, it should not be less than 10 times the cable's outer diameter.
