Compensating Wire Full Range KX-HB-FVRP Thermocouple Shielded Temperature Measurement Extension Cable；
This product is suitable for various high-temperature applications. The high-temperature-resistant compensating cables with shielding feature excellent shielding and anti-interference properties. A pair or multiple pairs of insulated wires or cables, connected to a thermocouple and a measuring device, are used to compensate for the temperature changes at the connection points with the thermocouple, thus reducing errors. The compensating wires and compensating cables are divided into extended and compensating types.
High-temperature compensation wire application conditions:
1) Working Temperature: High Temperature Resistant: 300°C, 260°C, 200°C, 450°C, 105°C
2) Low environmental temperature: Fluoroplastic, silicone rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene insulated and sheathed cables - Fixed installation: -60°C, non-fixed installation: -20°C.
3) Allowable bending radius: Compensation cables with copper tape shielding should not be less than 16 times the outer diameter of the cable; for cables with other structures, not less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable.
