Features/Usages:
Compensating cables for thermocouples are a pair of insulated wires with a nominal electromotive force (emf) value identical to that of the matched thermocouple within a certain temperature range (including room temperature). They are used to connect the thermocouple to the measuring device to compensate for errors caused by temperature changes at the connection point with the thermocouple. They are available in two types: extended and compensating.
