Operation of Axial Flow Fans:
After the fan installation is completed, the following checks should be carefully performed before starting it up:
1. Is the voltage within the normal range (usually 380 volts, with a tolerance of ±6%), and is the three-phase current relatively balanced?
2. Does the gap between the fan impeller and housing meet the design requirements? Is there any phenomenon of jamming or friction when manually rotating the impeller?
3. Check for any debris inside the fan housing or pipes.
4. Does the impeller rotation direction match the fan's rotation direction indicator?
5. Does the motor's actual speed match the fan's speed?
6. Ensure the motor's ground protection wire and current protector (fuses) are installed as required.
After the overall inspection is passed, debugging operation can be carried out. During startup, check if the motor's allowable current shows any overload现象.
