1. Explosion-proof lighting (power) distribution box (cabinet type) shells are made of high-quality steel plate焊接 or stainless steel plate焊接. The surface is coated with high-pressure electrostatic spray paint. Equipped with various explosion-proof electrical appliances, the cabinet's dimensions can be customized according to the customer-provided electrical schematic and main technical parameters, selecting the appropriate explosion-proof appliances. Available in direct-panel operation or door operation formats as required.

Multi-way Power (Lighting) Distribution Type

By combining multiple explosion-proof circuit breakers or power (lighting) distribution boxes with several explosion-proof junction boxes, power and lighting distribution equipment can be achieved for the conversion, distribution, and control of electrical energy in a 380V, 630A three-phase AC 50HZ distribution system.

b. Multi-way electromagnetic starting distribution type

By combining multiple explosion-proof electromagnetic starters or starters with enclosures, explosion-proof circuit breakers, operation columns, and explosion-proof junction boxes, power distribution and centralized control of electric motors can be achieved in a 380V three-phase AC 50Hz distribution system. Branches can reach up to 225A, and remote control can be implemented according to customer requirements. Optional accessories include signal lights, voltmeters, ammeters, and other monitoring devices.

c. Multi-stage voltage reduction starting distribution type

The explosion-proof voltage-reduction starting box is placed in a protective cabinet, providing protection for a 50HZ AC, 380V voltage, and a three-phase squirrel-cage induction motor with a circuit capacity of 95KW or less.

The machine features infrequent voltage reduction start, with protection functions such as short circuit, phase loss, and overcurrent stall. It can be controlled manually, automatically, and via remote control in various ways.

d. Measurement, Testing, and Control Type

By incorporating various explosion-proof electrical meters or secondary instruments, it enables the measurement and monitoring of various physical quantities such as parameters, pressure, and temperature in the circuit.

According to customer requirements, we will assemble the corresponding explosion-proof electrical appliances to meet the needs on-site.
