Steel sleeve pipe is a wastewater pipeline made from materials such as cement, rebar, sand, and gravel. It is mixed using a centrifugal mixer. Primarily used for urban rainwater, wastewater, or agricultural irrigation and drainage, it represents a trenchless pipe jacking technique in municipal construction. It boasts advantages such as minimal or no impact on the surrounding environment, small construction sites, and low noise. Moreover, it can operate underground, an advantage not achievable with excavation methods. However, the pipe jacking technique does have its drawbacks, such as long construction time and high project costs.
