Heater Roll Welding Machine Operating Instructions

1、 Working Voltage: Three-phaseAC380V +10% ，50Hz + 1%。

2、 Work Environment:No icing at temperatures from 0 to 45°C, and no condensation at humidity ≤ 85%.

3、 Maintenance: Add lubricating conductive grease per shift3 times; Clean the water recirculation filter daily; Clean the water tank sediment every 3 days; Change the water every 20 days; Use pure water for cooling in summer and antifreeze liquid in winter; Change the transmission gear oil monthly; Dust collection and cleaning daily.

4、 Operation Method: After selecting the processing specification, the welder automatically applies pressure, rotates, welds, and stops upon closing the foot pedal switch. The work stops when the foot pedal switch is closed, and all actions are disconnected.

5、 Protective devices against sparks must be worn while working to prevent personal injury.

6、 The welding machine generates high temperatures, causing the conductive copper wheels to wear with use. If the copper wheels deform, accumulate slag, or require correction during operation, they should be replaced or adjusted promptly.

7、 Cooling Machine Operating Voltage: Three-phase, four-wireAC380V + 10% ，50Hz + 1%。

8、 Chiller operating normally during operation.Check and recharge with Freon every 3 months.

9、 Extended downtime, please drain the water from the water-cooled unit to ensure the chiller is dry.

10、 High-pressure gauge less than2.6mpa。

11、 Low rolling gauge0.2mpa。

12、 In case of other emergencies, please shut off the power and then contact the person in charge.
