It is one of the steel processing machinery. Used for straightening and cutting steel bars with diameters under 12mm, the cutting length can be customized according to customer requirements.
Operation Principle:
The motor increases speed through a belt, causing the straightening cylinder to rotate rapidly. The steel bars passing through the cylinder are straightened. Driven by the motor through another set of reducing belts and a gear reducer, it powers two conveying rollers to pull the steel bars forward, and also drives a crank wheel to make the hammer head move up and down. When the steel bar reaches the predetermined length, the hammer head strikes the upper knife holder, cutting the steel bar. As the cut steel bar falls into the receiving tray, the cutting platform returns to its original position due to the spring action, completing one cycle.
