Heater Roll Welder Operating Instructions

1、 Working Voltage: Three-phaseAC380V +10% ，50Hz + 1%。

2、 Work Environment:Non-freezing at 0-45°C, humidity ≤ 85% without condensation droplets.

3、 Maintenance: Add lubricating conductive grease per shift3 times; Clean the water circulation filter daily; Clean the water tank sediment every 3 days; Change the water every 20 days; Use pure water for cooling in summer and antifreeze for cooling in winter; Replace the transmission gear oil once a month; Clean dust daily.

4、 Operation Method: After selecting the processing specifications, the welder automatically applies pressure, rotates, welds, and stops upon closing the foot pedal switch. To stop the operation, the foot pedal switch must be opened, which will disengage all actions.

5、 Work must be performed wearing a spark arrestor to prevent personal injury.

6、 The welding machine generates high temperatures, causing the conductive copper wheels to wear with use. If the copper wheels deform, accumulate slag, or need correction during operation, they should be replaced or adjusted promptly.

7、 Cooling Machine Operating Voltage: Three-phase, four-wireAC380V + 10% ，50Hz + 1%。

8、 Chiller operates normally during operationOne R134a recharge every 3 months.

9、 Extended downtime, please drain the water from the water-cooled unit to ensure it is dry.

10、 High-pressure gauge less than2.6mpa。

11、 Low rolling gauge0.2mpa。

12、 In case of other emergencies, please shut off the power and contact the person in charge.
