Heater Roll Welding Machine Operation Instructions

1、 Working Voltage: Three-phaseAC380V +10% ，50Hz + 1%。

2、 Work Environment:No frost at 0-45°C, humidity ≤ 85% without condensation droplets.

3、 Maintenance: Add lubricating conductive grease per shift3 times; clean the water circulation filter daily; clean the water tank sediment every 3 days; change the water every 20 days; use pure water for cooling in summer and antifreeze for cooling in winter; replace the transmission gear oil monthly; dust collection and cleaning daily.

4、 Operation Method: After selecting the processing specifications, the welding machine automatically applies pressure, rotates, welds, and stops upon closing the foot pedal switch. Closing the foot pedal switch stops the operation and disconnects all actions.

5、 Protective sparks spray gear must be worn at work to prevent personal injury.

6、 Welding machines generate high temperatures, causing the conductive copper wheels to wear over time. If the copper wheels deform, accumulate slag, or require adjustment, they should be corrected or replaced promptly during operation.

7、 Cooling Water Chiller Operating Voltage: Three-phase, four-wireAC380V + 10% ，50Hz + 1%。

8、 Chiller operates normally during operationPerform Freon topping up every 3 months.

9、 Extended downtime, please drain the water from the water-cooled unit to ensure the chiller is dry.

10、 High-pressure gauge less than2.6mpa。

11、 Low rolling gauge0.2mpa。

12、 In case of other emergencies, please shut off power and contact the person in charge.
