Heater Roll Welding Machine Operation Instructions

1、 Working Voltage: Three-phaseAC380V +10% ，50Hz + 1%。

2、 Work Environment:No frost at temperatures from 0 to 45°C; no condensation at humidity ≤ 85%.

3、 Maintenance: Add lubricating conductive grease per shift3 times; Clean the water circulation filter daily; Clean the water tank sediment every 3 days; Change the water every 20 days; Use pure water for cooling in summer and antifreeze liquid in winter; Replace the transmission gear oil once a month; Clean dust daily.

4、 Operation Method: After selecting the processing specification, the welder automatically applies pressure, rotates, welds, and stops upon closing the foot pedal switch. The work stops when the foot pedal switch is closed, and all actions are disconnected.

5、 Work must be conducted with a protective spark arrester to prevent personal injury.

6、 Welding machines generate high temperatures, causing the conductive copper wheels to wear over time. If the copper wheels deform, accumulate slag, or require correction during use, they should be replaced or corrected promptly.

7、 Cooling Machine Operating Voltage: Three-phase four-wireAC380V + 10% ，50Hz + 1%。

8、 Chiller operating normally during operationPerform R134a refrigerant top-up every 3 months.

9、 Extended downtime, please drain the water from the water-cooled unit to ensure the chiller is dry.

10、 High Pressure Gauge Less Than2.6mpa。

11、 Low rolling gauge0.2mpa。

12、 In case of other emergencies, please shut off the power and contact the person in charge.
