Heater Roll Welding Machine Operation Instructions

1、 Working Voltage: Three-PhaseAC380V +10% ，50Hz + 1%。

2、 Work Environment:Non-freezing from 0 to 45°C, humidity ≤ 85% without condensation droplets.

3、 Maintenance: Add lubricating conductive grease per shift3 times; clean the water circulation filter daily; clean the water tank sediment every 3 days; change the water every 20 days; use pure water for cooling in summer and antifreeze fluid in winter; replace the transmission gear oil once a month; dust collection and cleaning daily.

4、 Work Method: After selecting the processing specification, the welder automatically applies pressure, rotates, welds, and stops upon activation of the foot switch. To stop operation, the foot switch is released, which disconnects all actions.

5、 Work must be performed wearing a spark arrester to prevent personal injury.

6、 Welding machines generate high temperatures, causing the conductive copper wheels to wear over time. If the copper wheels deform, accumulate slag, or require correction during use, they should be replaced or adjusted promptly.

7、 Cooling Water Chiller Operating Voltage: Three-phase, four-wireAC380V + 10% ，50Hz + 1%。

8、 Chiller operates normally during operationPerform Freon topping up once every 3 months.

9、 Extended downtime, please drain the water from the water-cooled unit to ensure the chiller is dry.

10、 High-pressure gauge less than2.6mpa。

11、 Low rolling gauge0.2mpa。

12、 In case of other emergencies, please shut off the power and contact the person in charge.
