1. The casing is made from bent and welded steel plates, ensuring the necessary stiffness during welding. The cylinder guide seats are made of spheroidal cast iron, offering excellent wear resistance and sliding properties. The double-chamber structure facilitates quick and gas-efficient adjustment of electrode distance. Some pneumatic components are imported for durability and fast response. The transformer is vacuum-encapsulated with epoxy resin, providing high insulation and efficient heat dissipation with low noise and high output power. The secondary output is constructed using special copper pipes and silver-based solder, with water-cooling incorporated.
2. Digital control of welding current and time, with stepless adjustment (in terms of frequency), can store multiple welding specifications for user access. Features include fault diagnosis, automatic protection, single-chip microcontroller, main control unit, simple circuitry, high integration, low failure rate, strong anti-interference capability, and either constant current or constant voltage function to ensure consistent welding workpiece quality.
