Surge Protection Device 60KA, OD-M60B Surge Protection for Distribution Box --- Installation and Precautions
Ensure power is disconnected before installation; absolutely no live operations permitted.
It is recommended to connect a fuse or an automatic circuit breaker in series at the front end of the lightning protection module.
Please connect according to the installation diagram provided, with "+" indicating the positive line, "-" indicating the negative line, and PE for the ground line. Do not connect incorrectly. After installation,
Close the circuit breaker (fuse) switch and check if the operating status is normal.
After installation, insert the module securely and check if the lightning protection module is functioning properly.
During the operation of the lightning protection module, it should be regularly inspected and the status of the fault display window checked. When the fault display window shows red (or for products with remote signaling, etc.)
Terminal output of alarm signal indicates a fault in the lightning protection module, and should be repaired or replaced promptly.
The surge protection module for parallel power supply should be installed in parallel (the Kelvin wiring method can also be used), with the connecting wires required to be firm and reliable, and preferably short and thick.
