Surge Protection Device 800V OD-M80B-750 - AC Surge Protector for Photovoltaic Distribution Box

Surge Protection Device for Low Voltage, 800V OD-M80B-750 - AC Surge Protector for Photovoltaic Distribution Box -- Installation Precautions
Power must be disconnected before installation, and live operations are strictly prohibited.
It is recommended to connect a fuse or an automatic circuit breaker in series at the front of the lightning protection module.
Please connect according to the installation diagram provided, with "+" representing the positive line, "-" the negative line, and PE the ground line. Do not connect incorrectly. After installation,
Close the circuit breaker (fuse) switch and check if the operating status is normal.
After installation, ensure the module is properly seated and check if the lightning protection module is functioning correctly.
During operation, the lightning protection module should be regularly inspected and the status of the fault display window checked. When the fault display window shows red (or for products with remote signaling, ...)
Terminal output of remote alarm signal indicates a fault in the lightning protection module; it should be repaired or replaced promptly.
The surge protection module for parallel power supply should be installed in parallel (the Kelvin wiring method can also be used). The connecting wires must be sturdy and reliable, and should be short, thick, and straight.
Product Model Series
| OD208081 | OD-M80B-750 | Uc 750V, 40-80KA, can be configured as 2/3/4 poles |
| UC: 750V, commonly used for customers' 690V products. If customers require 690V, this model can be selected. It is compatible with both high and low voltage. The discharge current is typically 40KA-80KA or more, and remote alarm can be added. It can be configured as 2P, 3P, or 4P, with most applications being for the 3P AC side of photovoltaic systems. The module wiring is different from that of photovoltaic DC systems and should be distinguished. | ||
| OD208082 | OD-M80B-1000 | Uc 1000V, 40-80kA, can be configured as 2/3/4 poles |
| UC: 1000V, commonly used for products ranging from 800V to 910V as per customer specifications. For requirements above 800V, this model is suitable. It is compatible with low voltage at high voltage levels. Discharge current is typically 40KA to 80KA or more. Remote alarm can be added. It can be configured as 2P, 3P, or 4P. Most applications are for 3P AC side of photovoltaic systems. Module wiring is different from photovoltaic DC, and needs to be distinguished. | ||
| OD208083 | OD-M80B-690 | UC 690V 40-80kA, available for 2/3/4 pole configurations |
| UC: 690V, commonly used for products around 550V as specified by customers. If customers require above 550V, this model can be selected. It is compatible with low voltage at high voltage. The discharge current is typically 40KA-80KA or more. Remote alarm can be added, and it can be combined into 2P, 3P, or 4P configurations. Most are used on the AC side of photovoltaic systems. The module wiring is different from photovoltaic DC and needs to be distinguished. | ||
