Galvanized Steel Grating is the anti-rust treatment performed after the steel grating is produced, available in two types: hot-dip galvanized and electro-galvanized. It offers advantages such as ventilation, light transmission, anti-slip properties, strong load-bearing capacity, aesthetic durability, easy cleaning, and simple installation. The hot-dip galvanizing standard is GB/T "Technical Requirements and Experimental Methods for Hot-Dip Galvanizing of Iron and Steel Products." As a new material and product, steel grating is gaining widespread application, with its extensive performance and favorable performance-price ratio indicating its promising future. Steel grating is suitable for industries such as alloys, building materials, power stations, boilers, shipbuilding, petrochemicals, chemical industries, general industrial buildings, and municipal construction. New Bridge steel grating is widely used in various industries worldwide, primarily for industrial platforms, stair treads, guardrails, walkways, railway bridge side tracks, high-altitude tower platforms, drain covers, manhole covers, road gates, multi-level parking lots, and fences for government, schools, factories, enterprises, sports fields, gardens, and villas. It can also be used for residential windows, balconies, highway, and railway guardrails. In our daily lives, the application of steel grating is becoming increasingly widespread, and hot-dip galvanized steel grating is also being used in practical applications. However, distinguishing between genuine and fake hot-dip galvanized steel grating is particularly important. (1) The center distance of the hot-dip galvanized steel grating's扁steel: Series 1 is 30mm, Series 2 is 40mm, and Series 3 is 60mm. (2) The center distance of the hot-dip galvanized steel grating's crossbar: Series 1 is 100mm, and Series 2 is 50mm. Other specifications are available for customization. (3) The hot-dip galvanized steel grating's扁steel: Material is Q235A or stainless steel, available in flat, anti-slip toothed, and I-section shapes. Common specifications include 20*5, 25*5, 25*3, 32*5, 40*5, 40*3, 50*5, 65*5, 75*6, 100*8, and 100*10. (4) The hot-dip galvanized steel grating's crossbar: Material is round steel, twisted square steel, square steel, or hexagonal steel made of Q235A or 304 stainless steel. Twisted square steel is produced by drawing through a square die and twisting from round wire. Common specifications include 5*5, 6*6, and 8*8mm. These are the four main features to distinguish genuine hot-dip galvanized steel grating.
