Assemble adjacent panels according to the steel template design drawings, ensuring each hole is securely fastened with U-shaped clamps. Leave clearance for cleaning during column template assembly. The pre-fabricated assembly site should be compacted and leveled. After assembly, label the steel templates, apply release agent, stack them by specifications, and place the axis, template edge lines, and horizontal control elevations. Check and correct the concrete mortar leveling layer at the bottom of the steel templates, and ensure the ground anchors used for column alignment have been pre-buried.

Steel mold application scope:

2. The processing of steel templates must use bending on a bending machine for the panel's corner treatment. If there are no requirements for the radius of the rounded corners, the bending radius should be 1.5 times the thickness of the steel plate.
