Construction Phase: Construction shall be organized in accordance with the provisions of the construction organization design, construction plans, construction drawings, and technical documents, following the predetermined construction sequence. It should gradually progress from the peak installation phase to the completion of interlock debugging and no-load trial operation.

Completion and Acceptance Phase: After the entire project is completed, the responsible parties conduct pre-acceptance internally. The construction unit organizes the design, supervision, and relevant construction parties for the handover acceptance. After inspection and approval, the handover acceptance procedures and related matters are handled.
