The paver mainly consists of the walking system, hydraulic system, and feeding system, etc. The paver is also widely used in road machinery. Let's take a look at the key technical points of the laser paver usage next.
1. When operating the paver, the measurement marks on the set-up rod must be precise. The reference plane provided by the wire ropes on both sides will be the determining standard surface for the upper layer.
2. The laser screed should have a moderate weight, and the length of the beam connecting the third section should generally be longer, as the sensors of the screed protrude and make linear contact with the beam.
3. During operation, the laser screed should form an integrated unit with the paver, ensuring adequate rigidity to prevent excessive vibration and subsequent issues that may affect the construction process of the paver.
Utilize commercial concrete. Tank trucks deliver the concrete to the garage entrance, followed by transport to the construction site using three-wheeled dump trucks. Employ a handheld laser to verify the floor elevation, then introduce the elevation into the concrete laser screed, adjusting the baseline on the screed. Before pouring the concrete, clean the storage area thoroughly the day before, rinse and soak with water. As the pour approaches, drain surface water, sweep with cement paste or primer.
