Attention should be paid to the following issues when renting and using air compressors:
1. Within one month before the gas storage tank is put into use, the using unit shall register and file with the Geological Supervision Bureau, establish various safety management systems, formulate operating procedures, carry out daily maintenance and regular inspections of the air compressor gas storage tank and accessories, etc., to ensure that the gas storage tank is working normally;
2. The user department is not allowed to install, modify, or perform major and major repairs on the gas storage tank without authorization;
3. Gas storage tanks have a service life. According to the inspection standards of GB150-2011, the recommended service life of the tank is 10 years. If it exceeds the service life, it must be re inspected by the local geological supervision bureau and can only be used after passing the inspection. If it fails, it cannot be used;
4. If the installation environment of the air compressor storage tank is lower than its working temperature, it is recommended to install the storage tank indoors and take insulation measures, such as packaging the appearance of the storage tank with foam;
5. The distance between the air storage tank and the air compressor is not easy to install. If they are too close, the support and intake pipe of the air storage tank will crack due to long-term vibration. Therefore, the connection distance between the air storage tank and the air compressor should be greater than 2 meters;
6. During use, the appearance of the gas storage tank should be regularly drained and cleaned to ensure its quality during operation;
7. If there is oil contamination on the outer surface of the air compressor storage tank, it should be dealt with in a timely manner, because once the oil inside the air compressor comes into contact with the air, if the temperature is too high, it is easy to produce carbon deposits, which is very dangerous and may cause an explosion. Therefore, the appearance of the tank must be handled carefully.
