1. Application Fields
Mainly used for the purification and treatment of odorous gases and exhaust gases in feed processing, manure treatment, coking, chemical, fermentation, petrochemicals, paper mills, livestock breeding, etc; Odor gas treatment in garbage storage workshop, garbage leachate regulating tank, sewage treatment plant's sewage pump station, inlet grille, gas sedimentation tank, primary sedimentation tank, sludge dewatering workshop and other locations of the garbage power plant.
2. Process flow
Odor collection device → Ion deodorization device → Fan → Standard emission
The ion deodorization system consists of a pre filter, a nano photolysis section, a nano catalysis section, an ion oxidation section, a nano mineral adsorption section, a fan, and an external control cabinet. After being collected by the odor collection device, the odorous gas enters the ion deodorization device. Firstly, it passes through a pre filter to remove large particles such as dust from the exhaust gas, and then enters the nano photocatalytic oxidation section. The nano ultraviolet beam is used to decompose oxygen molecules in the air, producing free oxygen and other free radicals. The strong oxidizing free radicals such as free oxygen directly degrade the odorous gas into final products CO2 and H2O. After treatment, the gas enters the fan and meets the standard
Emissions.
3. Working principle
Nano ultraviolet light can break down high molecular weight odorous chemicals into independent, free pollutant atoms, which are then decomposed
The oxygen in the air produces active oxygen ions, which in turn generate ozone and break down into independent, free pollutant atoms
Through the oxidation reaction of ozone, low molecular weight compounds such as water and carbon dioxide are re polymerized to achieve the purpose of deodorization.
4. Performance characteristics
High processing efficiency and significant removal effect, with removal rates of over 95% for gases such as H2S and NH3, and over 90% for other VOC gases.
There is no abnormal noise during equipment operation, and the noise generated within a one meter radius is ≤ 60dB.
Long service life, with a host life of over 15 years and a UV tube life of 8000 hours.
The deodorization equipment box is made of all stainless steel 304 material, with good sealing, corrosion resistance, and no ozone leakage.
