1. Structure

2. Working principle
Dilute and mix the plant liquid deodorizer evenly, inject it into the gas-liquid distribution cabinet through the conveying pump, and supply it to each distribution pipeline; Spray the atomized deodorizer onto the contaminated space at regular intervals through an atomizing nozzle. Due to the unique design of the nozzle, strong spiral motion occurs before the liquid is sprayed out through the nozzle, with a certain momentum and centripetal force. When high-pressure compressed air is injected, the original spiral motion trajectory is changed, causing strong shear on the droplets, and due to the much higher air pressure than the liquid, the momentum is also much greater than the liquid. According to the law of conservation of momentum, it can be inferred that the momentum of a liquid ejected from a nozzle is significantly increased. The momentum of the sheared droplets sprayed outwards is large, which can form a large service area and achieve good atomization effect. The surface of tiny droplets forms a larger surface energy and specific surface area, making it easier for the effective molecules of non-toxic imported plant liquid deodorizers to adsorb odor molecules in the air, and causing the three-dimensional structure in the odor to change and completely decompose. The control system can adjust the running time and interval time according to the actual situation.
