4) The foundation and structure have reached the strength required for installation.

2. Personnel selection and training before installation

1) The installation, operation, and maintenance of dense busbars should be carried out by professionals.

2) Professional employees should be familiar with the installation, structure, operation, and hazards of equipment: they should also receive systematic training on how to power and test equipment.

3. On site delivery status and equipment preparation

1) Check whether the products and accessories have arrived at the verification site and develop an installation plan.

2) Equipment required for dense busbar installation: 1000V insulation tester (recommended): 10-12, 17-19, 21-24 open-end wrenches, sockets, and torque wrenches; Flat and cross shaped screwdriver: horizontal: tape measure, suspension wire; Scaffolding; Gourd; Zigzag ladder; Impact drill; cutting machine; Electric welding machine; Drilling rig; Copper processing equipment and temporary power supply.

4. Disassembly and installation of busbars

1) According to the information confirmed by the manufacturer's purchaser. For example, original graphics, trend charts, obstacle removal and retention positions.

2) Usually, the size of the reserved hole should be 50mm-100mm larger than the overall size of the bus duct. For special data, please refer to the drawing requirements.

3) The distance from the dense busbar to the walls and ceiling must ensure sufficient horizontal and vertical space during installation and maintenance.

4) Take preventive measures to prevent leakage, dust, and heat source corrosion of dense busbars.

5) Manufacturing of dense busbar installation hangers: First, determine the position, draw a thin line to simulate the direction, and then fix the installation bracket. Please note that it is necessary to confirm whether the installation bracket is securely fixed and will not damage the structure of the building.

6) Perform insulation testing on the busbar unit to be installed, and the test values can be installed within the qualified range.

7) When lifting, please pay attention to personal safety and equipment safety precautions. Avoid personal injury and damage to dense busbars.

8) When installed vertically, it is generally installed in sections from bottom to top without special circumstances; Effective protective measures must be taken for the installed dense busbars to prevent foreign objects from entering.

9) It is recommended to keep the packaging on the busbar during installation and add protection at the connection before not using the busbar.

10) When connecting between bus duct units, the surface of the connection device must be kept clean and the bus ducts must be in the same straight line. Then tighten the bolts. After tightening the connector, mark it with a paint pen to confirm tightening.

11) When the busbar unit is connected to other equipment, the power must be completely disconnected and the equipment must be reliably grounded.

12) During installation, all plug-in interfaces of the dense busbar must be in a dry closed state, and plug-in box switches must be in a dry disconnected state. It is strictly prohibited to plug or unplug the plug box while it is powered on.
