1. Our thermal oil heating system can provide heat users with thermal oil up to 350℃ at atmospheric pressure. Equipped with Japanese Fuji temperature control instruments and PID self-tuning intelligent temperature control technology, the system achieves control accuracy within ±1℃ of the set temperature range. The heating main power source uses solid-state module non-contact switch circuitry, suitable for frequent switching and without interference to the power supply network. It also features dry-run protection. We can design and add a thermal oil cooling system according to customer requirements to meet the production process needs for rapid cooling after heating.

Energy-saving and Low Operation Costs - The thermal oil heating system operates in a closed-loop liquid phase, with an outlet temperature and return temperature difference of 20-30°C, meaning only a 20-30°C temperature difference needs to be heated to reach the operating temperature. Additionally, the equipment does not require water treatment facilities and has no heat losses from steam boiler leaks, drips, and steam loss, resulting in a high thermal efficiency. Compared to steam boilers, it saves about 50% in energy consumption.
