An electrically heated thermal oil furnace is a new type of industrial furnace that is safe, energy-efficient, and operates at low pressure (either at atmospheric pressure or lower). It provides high-temperature thermal energy by using thermal oil as the heat carrier and circulating it through a thermal oil pump to transfer heat to the heat-using equipment.

The nation advocates energy conservation and environmental protection. Traditional boilers can no longer fully meet customer demands due to factors like complex approval processes, the need for installation, the requirement of boiler operators, annual inspections for both boilers and operators, and significant heat loss within pipes. Explosion-proof electric heating oil furnaces, however, compensate for these shortcomings with their uniform heating temperatures, even heat distribution, stable temperatures, energy-saving capabilities, simplicity, safety, and minimal heat loss. An explosion-proof electric heating oil furnace is a complete heating unit that can be operational by simply plugging in and connecting the inlet and outlet pipes.

Principle of operation for the heat-conducting oil heating furnace:
For electric heating oil furnaces, heat is generated and transferred by electric heating elements immersed in the thermal oil. Using thermal oil as the medium, a circulating pump forces the thermal oil to circulate in the liquid phase, transferring heat to one or more heat-using devices. After heat is unloaded by the heat-using devices, it returns to the heater through the circulating pump, absorbs more heat, and then transfers it to the heat-using devices again. This cycle continues, achieving continuous heat transfer and raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the heating process requirements.

Thermal oil furnaces are energy-saving heating equipment used in industries such as petrochemicals, electronics, textiles, dyeing and printing, food, plastics, and film. The furnace cylinder is designed for a pressure of 0.5MPa, and our thermal oil heating furnace can achieve a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C. It also features safety measures against dry burning and explosion.
