1. The new oil temperature machine requires different maintenance measures based on the heat-conducting medium used. If the medium is water, ensure the water source remains clean to prevent scaling and avoid pipeline blockages. If the medium is oil, regular replacement is necessary according to the operating temperature. For temperatures above 200°C, it's advisable to change it every one to two months. For temperatures below 200°C, a replacement every quarter should suffice, helping to prevent issues with insufficient temperature increase.
2. New oil temperature machine: Please check if the cooling water is flowing before use to prevent damage to the machine due to insufficient cooling water. 3. In terms of pipeline, we need to determine if there is a blockage by analyzing the relationship between the pump and pressure. If the pressure is too low, we can remove the heating tube and clean it with tools, particularly the filter mesh of the system, which should be cleaned once a month.
4. In electrical components, we can replace them as needed based on their lifespan, and regularly test them to ensure safety.
5. Regularly inspect the oil temperature, pump, and oil pump for oil leakage. If necessary, the pump shaft seal can also be replaced on a regular basis.

Therefore, it is necessary to attach great importance to the safe operation and handling of the oil temperature machine, as it offers the benefits of high temperature (above 320℃) and low pressure (0.3-0.5MPa), and its heating temperature can be accurately controlled, thus it can replace the original steam boilers for heating. The heating temperature of the heat-conducting oil heater can reach up to 350℃, and the heating temperature of the oil temperature machine can reach up to 530℃. Water resource conservation: It can replace steam boilers using water as the medium in water-scarce areas, and it is less prone to freezing in cold regions. Since both oil and gas burners do not produce fuel ash after combustion, there is no need for slag removal procedures in oil-gas heat-conducting oil heaters. If the oil and gas injected into the furnace are mixed with air within a certain range or suspended.
