A heat-conducting oil furnace is a energy-saving heating equipment used in industries such as petrochemical, electronics, textiles, dyeing and printing, food, plastic, and film manufacturing. The furnace body is designed for a pressure of 0.5MPa. Our company's heat-conducting oil heating furnace can achieve a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C and is equipped with safety measures against dry burning and explosion.

A thermal oil heater directly inserts an electric heater into an organic carrier (thermal oil) for direct heating, and then circulates the heated thermal oil through a high-temperature oil pump to the heat-using equipment. The oil is returned to the electric thermal oil heater from the outlet of the heat-using equipment to be reheated, forming a complete circulating heating system. The electric thermal oil heater features a digital temperature controller for temperature control, with functions including over-temperature alarm, low oil level alarm, and over-pressure alarm.

The working principle of the thermal oil heating furnace is a new type of environmental-friendly thermal energy conversion equipment. It uses electricity as the energy source, converting electrical energy into heat energy through electric heating elements; the thermal oil is forced to circulate within the system by a high-temperature oil pump, repeatedly heated, thus ensuring continuous supply of required heat energy to the heat-consuming equipment; it also meets the requirements for process temperatures set in the production process and high-precision temperature control.

The electric heating thermal oil system is a modular assembly consisting of explosion-proof electric heaters, an organic heat carrier furnace, a heat exchanger (if applicable), an on-site explosion-proof control box, thermal oil pumps, and expansion tanks. Users simply need to connect the power supply, the inlets and outlets of the medium pipes, and some electrical interfaces to start using it.
