High-temperature water circulating mold temperature machines, typically operating above 160°C, utilize high-pressure steam in the internal main pipeline. As a result, the pipeline pressure is quite high. Direct cooling would require an external water pressure greater than the internal main pipeline pressure to enter the main pipeline for cooling. This method poses a significant safety risk. Therefore, high-temperature water mold temperature machines often employ indirect cooling methods.

Mold temperature controllers are used to control the temperature of injection molding machine molds, heating oil or water to the temperature required for product molding. The plastic injection industry has high requirements for product molding and finished product quality, necessitating the use of plastic mold temperature controllers to effectively control the temperature.

Temperature Control Machine Advantages: Due to the physical characteristics of plastics having no thermal shrinkage or expansion, products often experience defects such as shrinkage, bubbles, cracks, deformation, crazing, poor brightness, roughness, and blemishes during the molding process. The primary cause of these defects is improper mold temperature before molding and insufficient mold temperature during the molding process to achieve the required molding temperature.

The oil circulation temperature control unit integrates the heating element, oil pump, temperature control components, program board, piping system, and oil tank into one. The oil pump, heating element, and user equipment end all belong to the same piping system. The heat-conducting oil is continuously forced to circulate by the pump, absorbing heat from the heating element, which gradually raises the oil temperature. As the oil temperature increases, it directly causes the temperature at the user equipment end to rise. In this way, the program board detects the oil temperature through the temperature control system and stops the heating request of the heating element only when the oil temperature reaches the set temperature. This is also the working process of the oil circulation temperature control unit.
