Thermal oil heating furnace working principle:
For electrically heated oil furnaces, heat is generated and transferred by electric heating elements immersed in the thermal oil. Using thermal oil as the medium and a circulating pump, the thermal oil is forced into a liquid-phase circulation, transferring heat to one or more heating equipment. After the heat is unloaded by the heating equipment, it returns through the circulating pump back to the heater, where it absorbs more heat and then transfers it to the heating equipment again. This cycle repeats continuously, achieving a continuous transfer of heat, raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the heating process requirements.

Based on the process characteristics of the thermal oil electric heating furnace, a high-precision digital display programmable temperature controller is selected to automatically initiate the optimal process program parameters for PID temperature regulation. The oil heating furnace control system is a closed-loop negative feedback system, where the oil temperature signal detected by thermocouples is transmitted to the PID stable control instrument, which drives a contactless controller to maintain a fixed duty cycle of output, thereby controlling the output power of the heater.
