Floating Oil Seal Overview:
The floating oil seal consists of two identical metal steel rings and two rubber rings. Its working principle involves a pair of metal rings supported by a pair of rubber rings to form a sealed space within the cavity (without contacting the shaft). During operation, the two ground seal surfaces of the metal rings fit tightly and slide against each other, ensuring smooth operation on one hand and effectively sealing out external dust, water, gravel, sand, and other debris on the other, thereby protecting the internal lubricating oil from leakage. Product types include DO, DF, and XY models.
Advantages of Floating Seals:
Reliable design, easy installation
Low cost, high efficiency
Extended service life
Automatic Compensation Axle Eccentric
Self-healing abrasive sealing surface
Effectively isolate dust, water, and sand from the outside, while protecting the internal lubricating oil and grease.
