PVC conduitThe interface method:
1. Cables entering the distribution box should be neatly arranged in the protective conduit, with the branches elevated above the base surface by no less than 50-80mm.
2. Terminal blocks, lighting installation locations should have supports to prevent pipes from bending due to the weight and functions of lighting fixtures and terminal blocks.
3. PE conduit lines should be connected with clamps, with at least 5 interlocking teeth. The exposed conduit lines should be horizontally aligned, neatly arranged, and supported evenly.
4. Secure the coiled and threaded piping in place on the support frame or brackets.
5. Buried cable protection conduits are not suitable to pass through equipment foundations, and a protective conduit must be added when passing through building structures.
6. Pipeline with concealed protective tubes should be laid along the intended route and bends should be minimized. Protective tubes embedded in walls or concrete should maintain a distance of no less than 15mm from the surface of the building or structure, and the depth of laying should be no less than 0.7 meters.
Please pay close attention to the key points of knowledge for PE conduit, as they are beneficial for stronger application and utilization in the middle and later stages.
