Deyellowing Powder F-1Available as pale yellow or light green powder or loose lumps, it dissolves in cold water. Particularly suitable for: Kitchen smoke yellow walls, renovation of old walls, severe yellowing, requiring multiple coats to cover the yellowed surfaces during construction, resulting in significantly increased costs. Using the yellow removal powder is cost-effective and yields good results.

Instructions for using Yellowing Powder:
F-1 Dyeing Powder is a light yellow or pale green powder or loose lumps, with a fineness of 60 mesh, soluble in cold water.
Especially when renovating old walls, the yellowing is more severe, leading to the use of multiple layers of thick coatings to cover the yellowed walls during construction. This results in a significant increase in costs, with minimal effect, greatly enhancing the construction difficulty.
In response to this issue, our factory has developed a cost-effective, easy-to-apply yellowing powder that effectively eliminates the yellowing problem of old walls and tempered coatings, as well as the yellowing of old yellowed walls and lime-based paints.
Usage:
For renovating old walls, kitchen smoked yellow walls; lime plaster paint, and alkali efflorescence on walls.
Features and Principle:
Mix the deyellowing powder with water to create a solution and apply it to the old wall before applying the tempered porcelain paint and putty. The sulfur trioxide and alkaline substances in the yellow pigment on the old wall react and decompose with the active ingredients in the deyellowing powder, forming a dense, waterproof oxide film. This film prevents the yellow pigment from seeping into the decorative surface, effectively eliminating the yellowing.
Usage Instructions:
1. Mix 2.5 kg of yellowing remover powder with 10 kg of water during construction, stir for 5 minutes at room temperature until dissolved. Apply the mixture using a brush (or roller) to the old yellowed walls. After they are 80% dry, clean the walls and apply putty. The tempered porcelain paint putty eliminates all yellowing. For old walls, 0.1-0.15 kg of yellowing remover solution is required per square meter.
2. Manufacture tempered crystal paste; add 2.5-3 kg of yellow-reducing powder per ton of putty paste, and mix with 10 kg of water. This makes the putty paste fluffy and resistant to sagging, allowing for easy and smooth application. It effectively prevents the wall from yellowing later on.
3. Adding 10 kg of deyellowing water per ton to the tempering paste paint can effectively prevent the oxidation and yellowing of the paint (but has little effect on yellow walls).
4. For yellow walls in the kitchen with smoke and oil stains, first remove the smoke and dust. Then, apply joint compound. After it dries, the yellow pigment inside the wall migrates to the surface of the compound. Apply degreaser paint or roll it onto the surface. Once dry, applying two more coats of joint compound will effectively eliminate the yellow pigment.
25 kg per bag, double-layered paper-plastic packagingIf there is any caking, the quality will not be affected after dissolution.
Note: Discoloration powder is non-toxic and safe to use, but it may slightly irritate the skin. Prevent it from splashing into the eyes during application; if it does, rinse thoroughly with clean water immediately.
