Overview
The N-type pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, cantilever pump. The pump outlet can be changed from vertical to horizontal. High-lift pumps can be used in two-stage series. The pump rotation direction viewed from the self-driven end is clockwise (the 100NG40Ⅲ, 100NG47Ⅲ, 100NG53Ⅲ, and 100NGⅢ models are currently counterclockwise). To meet the needs of long-distance transportation of ash and slag from power plants and tailings from mineral processing, we have absorbed the advantages of ash and slag pumps from both domestic and international markets, combined with over 20 years of experience in producing ash and slag pumps. We have also developed multi-stage series ash and slag pumps that can operate in five-stage series or single-stage, with the final stage pressure reaching up to 40 MPa.
Suited for conveying liquids containing suspended solid particles (such as concentrates, tailings, slag, coal slurry, cement, soil, sand, etc.), the conveyed slurry concentration, by weight, should be between 50% to 70%. It allows for the passage of a small amount of large solid particles, but their particle size should not exceed 80% of the smaller dimension of the cross-sectional area.
