Green Plant Rental Agreement

Pursuant to the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" and relevant regulations, both Party A and Party B, adhering to the principles of "fairness, equality, mutual benefit,诚信 cooperation, and joint development," have reached the following agreement through friendly negotiations to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties:
One: Party A entrusts Party B to decorate and adorn the office environment of the said unit with green plants.

Article 4Payment Terms
1The Party A shall pay the rental fees to Party B: The monthly rental is_________ Yuan；
2Party B shall submit to Party A before the commencement of each settlement period.Settlement voucher (issued by Party B), if Party A has no objections within three days upon receipt, it shall be deemed as Party A's agreement to pay the rental and arrangement fees to Party B.

Article 5: Party B's Rights and Obligations
1The Supplier shall provide the required green plants to the Buyer and be responsible for their daily care and maintenance. The Supplier will perform daily care on the green plants rented and arranged by the Buyer once or twice a week.
2Upon arrival of the greenery, Party B's caregivers will be responsible for weekly routine maintenance (watering, fertilizing, pruning) and cleaning up withered leaves and branches (excluding major holidays and company holidays), ensuring timely, moderate watering without pooling on the leaves and striving to keep the ground clean.
3Party B shall cultivate flowers at Party A's location.GreeneryAlways be polite and courteous, adhere strictly to the regulations of Party A, work within the scope authorized by Party A, and do not enter areas prohibited by Party A without permission. Leave only after completion of maintenance.
4The Party B shall promptly replace flowers and green plants that have lost their ornamental value, and make appropriate adjustments to the types of flowers and green plants rented by Party A within the same grade to achieve a good display effect.
Article 6: Party A's Rights and Obligations
1Party A is responsible for the care of all the greenery rented from Party B, and shall compensate Party B for any economic losses incurred due to the loss or human damage of the greenery (including pots, shelves, trays), with natural death of the greenery to be borne by Party B. Party A's staff shall not pour wastewater or waste into the pots, nor damage the flowers and greenery. In case of death of the greenery and flowers due to abnormal indoor temperature of Party A, Party A shall pay Party B five times the rental fee of the greenery and flowers.
2Party A shall pay the rent for the green plants to Party B in a timely and full manner as specified in this contract. In the event that Party A fails to pay the rent for the green plants to Party B in accordance with the provisions of this contract, for each day of delay, Party B has the right to require Party A to pay a late fee of 2% of the monthly rent. If payment is still not made after 15 days, Party B has the right to terminate the contract and charge a penalty of 30% of the annual rent.
3The Party A may only place the greenery provided by Party B within the specified range and for no other purposes. If Party A requires a change in the placement or variety (of the same specification and price), it must promptly notify Party B to handle the change. Unauthorized relocation or change in placement leading to the death of the greenery or damage to the pots shall be compensated by Party A.
4If Party A needs to change or relocate the address, they must notify Party B 15 working days in advance.
Article 7: Termination of the Contract and Liability for Breach
1During the contract period, if either Party A or Party B wishes to terminate the contract prematurely, unless otherwise agreed upon in this contract, it must be done in writing and in advance.15Notify the party immediately and pay three months' rent as compensation.
2Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure preventing the performance of the contract, the responsibility may be partially or fully exempted according to the impact of the force majeure, unless otherwise stipulated by law. If one party is unable to fulfill the contract due to force majeure, it should promptly notify the other party to mitigate potential losses and provide proof within a reasonable period.
Article 8 Any matters not covered in this contract may be supplemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" after mutual consultation between both parties. The supplementary provisions shall have the same legal effect as this contract.
Article 9In the event of disputes arising during the performance of the contract, both parties shall consult and resolve them together. If the consultation fails to reach an agreement, it shall bePlaintiffJurisdiction of the court in the location.
Article 10: This contract is in duplicate, with each party holding one copy, and both copies carry equal legal effect.
