Process Introduction:

Material selection for racks: 45 steel, 40Gr.

Optional heat treatment processes: high-frequency quenching, medium-frequency quenching, nitriding, etc.

Gear Surface Hardness: HRC 50 - HRC 60.

The length of the racks is generally 500mm, 1000mm, 1500mm, and 2000mm.

In automotive welding and assembly line automation, the maximum splicing distance exceeds 100m, with positioning accuracy less than 0.05mm.

On the assembly line, suitable for transportation, positioning, and assembly of high-precision components.
