Precision Gear Racks

Precision ground using international CNC gear grinders with constant temperature, the rack accuracy can reach DIN 5 grade, and can process racks with DIN 6, DIN 7, DIN 8, and other different accuracy levels.

Material options for racks: S45C, 40Gr, 42GrMo, 20GrMnTi, and various other materials.

Available heat treatment options: high-frequency surface quenching, medium-frequency surface quenching, carburizing and quenching, nitriding, etc.

Hardness: HRC 50 - HRC 62.

Modulus: M1-20.

The rack length: 500mm, 1000mm, 1500mm, 2000mm, 2500mm.

Application Fields:

Large CNC lathes, gantry machining centers, and boring and milling machining centers, etc.: positioning accuracy of 15m stroke is less than 0.015mm.

Automotive welding and assembly line automation: Maximum splicing distance over 100m, positioning accuracy less than 0.05mm.

Laser Cutting Machines: Positioning accuracy less than 0.035mm/10m, maximum travel speed over 200m/min.
