Introduction to Automotive Interior Molding Hydraulic Press
Automotive interior molding hydraulic presses are designed for manufacturers of automotive interior components (such as car roofs, door panels, sunroof panels, rear shelves), and are suitable for processes such as forming, trimming, and blanking of interior parts. The entire hydraulic press is equipped with imported PLCs from Mitsubishi, Omron, and Siemens, assisted by linear displacement sensors for slider stroke detection, pressure sensors, etc. The automotive interior molding hydraulic press displays parameters such as slider stroke, speed, pressure, and comprehensive time on an industrial touch screen. Hydraulic control utilizes a plug-in valve integrated system with high flow rate and stable operation, featuring overload protection. The slider has a safety pin structure for upper limit positioning, and a charging protection device is installed in front of the worktable to ensure personal safety during operation, mold change, and maintenance. The automotive interior parts production line consists of a heating oven, a molding press, and an automatic feeding line, completing the automatic forming of automotive interior parts.
Low energy consumption, responsive and reliable in operation.
Activity beam panel two-stage speed control: unloaded quick, slow mold stretching.
The forming hydraulic press for automotive interiors features adjustable tensile and flanging forces within a certain range.
The electrical system utilizes PLC or digital circuit control and is complemented with a display unit.
