Blower SystemOptimized air duct design with a high-temperature-resistant fan motor and centrifugal blades, featuring strong turbine-style air circulation to avoid dead spots. This ensures more even heat distribution inside the box, greater energy efficiency, and quieter operation. It provides an excellent operating environment, with wind speed and pressure meeting testing standards and environmental protection requirements. Some components offer high reliability and compatibility, with easy installation, maintenance, and repair.
Heating SystemUtilizing far-infrared heating, with high radiation effect and faster heating speed, the heating tubes are evenly distributed. The system is completely independent, without affecting the control circuit. Both temperature control and power are calculated by the computer. It automatically adjusts the heating output power based on the internal temperature, ensuring high-precision electrical requirements. This approach is more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.
Temperature Control SystemUtilizing a microcomputer digital display intelligent temperature controller with PID adjustment, featuring a digital timer relay, high accuracy, and clear visibility. It offers continuous adjustment functionality when paired with solid-state relays. Once the temperature reaches the preset value, the relay receives the output signal from the temperature controller to control it, allowing the temperature to maintain a precise, fine floating action within the PID temperature range. This enhances the temperature accuracy inside the box. The circuit is equipped with an over-temperature protector, which immediately cuts off the control power in case of a malfunctioning instrument or operation error that causes the temperature to exceed the set value, ensuring the safety of the products inside. The over-temperature protector can be adjusted within the approved range.

Electrical Configuration (Customizable to Customer Requirements)
Temperature Controller:A set of intelligent digital temperature controller for automatic temperature control, with a control accuracy of 0.1-1 degree and PID adjustment.
Time Setting Device:HS48S-99.99 timer device, with manual/automatic switching capability; starts timing when the temperature reaches the set value, and cuts off the heating power source once it reaches the set range.
Time alarm device:APT/AD16 type sound and light alarm device, immediately alarms upon completion of set time, manual termination alarm prompt.
Over-temperature alarm device:When the temperature exceeds the set value range, the protector immediately cuts off the control power supply.
Thermometer Device:A stainless steel PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensor for precise temperature measurement, and a stainless steel K-type platinum resistance temperature sensor for use in over-temperature protectors.
Circuit breaker activation:Circuit breakers with leakage protection for starting power, effectively protecting certain electrical components.

Equipment Usage Environment (Please Note)
Installation Site:The ground is level, well-ventilated, with no severe vibrations around the equipment, no safety hazards, no strong magnetic fields in the vicinity, no direct sunlight or other heat sources radiating directly, no high concentration of dust, and no corrosive, flammable, or explosive materials. Adequate space for use and maintenance should be left around the equipment.
