Blower System - Optimized duct design with high-temperature-resistant blower motor and centrifugal blades, featuring powerful turbine-style air circulation to avoid dead corners. This ensures more even heat distribution inside the chamber, leading to greater energy efficiency and quieter operation. It provides an excellent operational environment, with wind speed and pressure meeting testing standards and complying with domestic environmental protection requirements. Some components offer high reliability and compatibility, and are easy to install, maintain, and repair.
Heating System - Utilizes far-infrared heating method with high radiation effect, faster heating speed, and rationally distributed heating tubes. The system is completely independent, without affecting the control circuit. Both temperature control and power are calculated by the computer. It automatically adjusts the heating output power based on the internal temperature, to meet high-precision power requirements, and is more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.
Temperature Control System - Equipped with a microcomputer digital display intelligent temperature controller with PID adjustment, digital timer relay, high accuracy, and clear visibility. It is compatible with solid-state relays for continuous adjustment functionality. Once the temperature reaches the preset value, the relay receives the output signal from the temperature controller to regulate the temperature, allowing only fine fluctuations within the PID temperature range for precise constant temperature action. The system is equipped with an over-temperature protector in the circuit. In case of malfunction of the instrument or operation error leading to temperature exceeding the set value, the protector immediately cuts off the control power to ensure the safety of the products inside. The over-temperature protector can be adjusted within the approved range.
Insulation Performance – Excellent thermal insulation technology, significant sealing effect, the outer shell of the box maintains the normal indoor temperature, with minimal impact on the ambient temperature.

Time Setting Device:HS48S-99.99 Timer Device, featuring manual/automatic on/off capabilities. It starts timing when the temperature reaches the set value and cuts off the heating power source once the set range is achieved.
Time-Alarm DeviceAPT/AD16 type sound and light alarm device, immediate alarm upon completion of set time, manual termination alarm prompt.
Over-temperature alarm device:When the temperature exceeds the set value range, the protector immediately cuts off the control power supply.

Installation Site:The ground is level, well-ventilated, free of intense vibrations around the equipment, without any safety hazards, surrounded by no strong magnetic fields, no direct sunlight or other heat sources, no high concentration of dust, and no corrosive, flammable, or explosive materials. Adequate space for usage and maintenance should be left around the equipment.
