Heating System — Utilizes far-infrared heating technology, with high radiation efficiency and faster heating speed. The heating tube distribution is rationalized, ensuring the system is completely independent and does not affect the control circuit. Both temperature control and power are calculated by the computer, automatically adjusting the heating output power based on the internal temperature to meet high-precision power requirements, making it more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.
Temperature Control System - Equipped with a microcomputer digital display intelligent temperature controller with PID adjustment, digital timer relay, high accuracy, and clear visibility. It works in conjunction with solid-state relays for continuous adjustment capabilities. Once the temperature reaches the preset value, the relay receives the signal from the temperature controller to control the temperature, allowing only fine fluctuations within the PID temperature range for precise constant temperature action. The system is equipped with an over-temperature protector in the circuit, which immediately cuts off the control power in case of failure of the instrument or operation errors leading to temperature exceeding the set value, ensuring the safety of the products inside. The over-temperature protector can be adjusted within the approved range.
Insulation Performance - Excellent heat retention technology, with significant sealing effects. The exterior of the box maintains the indoor temperature, exerting minimal influence on the ambient temperature.

Installation Site:The ground is level, well-ventilated, with no intense vibrations around the equipment, no safety hazards, no strong magnetic fields nearby, no direct sunlight or other heat sources, no high concentration of dust, and no corrosive, flammable, or explosive materials. Adequate space for use and maintenance around the equipment is required.
